feat: Update README, pyproject.toml, and main.py for 3D Web Visualizer; add index.html and style.css

Refactor Reachy Mini App: Replace stream and robot visualization HTML files with a new index.html; update main.py to serve the new static server URL; remove unused CSS styles; add new styles for the updated layout and design.
