Can't Upload arXiv Paper to HuggingFace Daily Papers

Although the paper is publicly available on the arxiv, I can’t submit to the daily papers.

I would appreciate if you can create an index for the paper.

We attempted to index the paper ourselves. However, it also raises: Indexing failed or took too long error.

We are experiencing the same issues for paper 2511.20785. It has been 5 days since our paper became available on arXiv.

We’re aware that the arXiv API can sometimes be slow, which can lead to indexing errors. The team is already looking into this and working on improvements. For the paper mentioned in this thread, I’ve just tried indexing it and it went through successfully. Thanks!

It’s rather an issue of arXiv API, so there’s not much we can do for each paper. The team is still working on improvements.
Anyway, I’ve just tried indexing the paper and it worked: Paper page - SimScale: Learning to Drive via Real-World Simulation at Scale

Just to clarify, have you tried indexing the paper?
The “Arxiv paper not found” error itself is expected when the paper hasn’t been indexed yet.
If you haven’t indexed it, you can visit a URL like https://huggingface.co/papers/2512.03043, and click the button.

I attempted to index our [paper]( [2512.03036] ViSAudio: End-to-End Video-Driven Binaural Spatial Audio Generation ), but Hugging Face returned an error: ‘Indexing failed or took too long’.

I just tried indexing the paper and it worked fine this time. Paper page - A Probabilistic Framework for Temporal Distribution Generalization in Industry-Scale Recommender Systems
Indexing sometimes fails due to a temporary issue with the arXiv API itself and our infra team is working on improving it.
But it went through this time just because of timing, not because I have special permissions.
