I am struggling to use this weights.
In order to use them for inference I need the Dataset used at training:
nnUNetv2_predict \
-i data_mome/imagesTs/BraTSt1
-o outputs/T1_only
-d 1
-f MoME_plus
-c 3d_fullres
--chk ../MoME/MoME_plus/MoME_plus_CHECKPOINT/checkpoint_best.pth

Is the dataset used the one from BraTS21 with the datasplit.json from your github?
Is there another way to test your weights?
