Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.

I've noticed that this repository is missing a model card. This PR adds a README.md with relevant information about the paper "DIVE: Scaling Diversity in Agentic Task Synthesis for Generalizable Tool Use", including metadata for better discoverability and links to the official code, project page, and paper.

Specifically, I have:

• Added pipeline_tag and library_name metadata.
• Included a summary of the DIVE framework.
• Added installation and CLI usage instructions from the GitHub repository.
• Provided the BibTeX citation.

This will help users find and use your model more easily on the Hugging Face Hub.
